The Carlsbad Village Street Faire draws over 100,000 visitors to downtown Carlsbad twice a year, making it the largest one-day street faire in the country.

Held on the first Sunday of May and November, the Carlsbad Village Street Faire is organized by the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce and features 900 vendor booths, antiques, a global food court, kids’ rides, live entertainment, and a beer garden.

To get to the Carlsbad street faire, head west on Carlsbad Village Drive from I-5 to the historic Carlsbad Village area. You won’t miss it.
Free shuttle service
- Free shuttle service is available from The Shoppes at Carlsbad (Jefferson exit, south of Highway 78) and the Coaster Station (Avenida Encinas, Poinsettia exit, west of I-5).
Free Bike Valet
The City of Carlsbad also offers free bike valet service at the Lily Field Realty parking lot, located at 2965 Roosevelt Street.
- Ride your bike or e-bike to the valet check-in station (and don’t forget your helmet!).
- An attendant from the San Diego County Bike Coalition will tag your bike and give you a matching wristband.
- Enjoy the festivities while your bike and gear are safely watched over.
- When you’re ready to leave, return to the valet station to pick up your bike.

How do I become a vendor at the Carlsbad Street Faire?
Interested in becoming a vendor or concessionaire at the Carlsbad Village Street Faire and reaching over 100,000 visitors? Online applications are accepted up to the day of the event — no deadlines apply.
- Paper applications must be postmarked by April 15 for the Spring Faire and by October 15 for the Fall Faire.
- All applications must include credit or debit card information. Your card will only be charged once your application is accepted. Payment confirms your booth approval.
- All applications must include a photo of your products and booth display.
